By accessing Soniv you agree to follow our policies, respect other users, and use the platform legally. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Tickets, fees, refunds

• Ticket prices are set by hosts. A buyer fee may apply at checkout.
• Refund rules depend on the event and local laws. Some tickets may be non-refundable.
• If an event is cancelled, we’ll follow the host’s policy and applicable payment processor rules.

Hosts

• Hosts are responsible for event details (time, location, age restrictions), safety, and compliance.
• Soniv may require verification for hosting, payouts, or certain events.

Content and conduct

• No harassment, hate, scams, illegal sales, or dangerous content.
• We may remove content or accounts that violate policies.
